To insure you have a lane to yourself "Lap Swim" is availible for adults only by reservation Monday through Friday. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Maximum two-day
advance reservation. We have four fast lanes and Lane #5 is a "shared lane" for walking and stationary exercisers only.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class connects movement and breath through various yoga postures postures that are harmonized through mindful breathing tequniques. Working the body through resistance, this class can be practiced by any skill level.

Zumba Gold
The Zumba Gold Fitness program is an innovative, fun, and exciting program! The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba would be Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but certainly is as fun!
Group Kick
Group Kick brings it on! This eletric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! This weight-room class is designed to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance by using a variety of machines in the weight room. It is a 40-minute workout that includes warm-up and stretching. Fantastic class for those of you wanting to increase lean muscle mass.
